The Fall Leadership Conference is all about discovering your path, making connections, and getting inspired. Held each fall, FLC brings together hundreds of MN HOSA-FHP members from across Minnesota for a high-energy day filled with hands-on experiences and real-world healthcare exploration.

Try your hand at cutting-edge medical technology. Watch demos on childbirth simulation and surgical tools. Connect with professionals offering CNA training, job shadowing, and volunteering opportunities. Hear from guest speakers who are shaping the future of healthcare—and learn how you can, too.

Beyond the booths and breakout sessions, FLC is your chance to meet other passionate MN HOSA-FHP members, exchange ideas, and find your place in a growing community of change-makers.

Whether you’re brand new to HOSA or returning for another year, FLC sets the stage for everything ahead. This is where Champions of Change take their first step.
