- 10 fully enclosed dock bays
- Drive on access to exhibition hall floor
- Serviced by 3 freight elevators to various levels of the complex
- Staffed 24 hours per day, 7 days per week by venue security staff

Deliveries

Due to limited storage space, exhibitors should ship all items through their decorator’s drayage services. For questions regarding shipping event materials, please contact your show promoter. Saint Paul RiverCentre will not be held responsible for any missing or damaged items.

Post Event Shipments

Exhibitors should ship through the show decorator. If they choose to ship on their own, exhibitors must provide their own shipping labels and call a courier to schedule a pick up. Address is RiverCentre Loading Dock, 310 Eagle Street, Saint Paul, MN 55102. Saint Paul RiverCentre will not be held responsible for any missing or damaged items.
Smooth and Efficient Unloading & Loading
To facilitate the move in and out of the facility, our Dock Marshals and Security Officers are ready and able to assist.

Entering the Loading Dock

Upon approaching the dock door, announce your name and event to the dock guard outside the loading dock. Once you enter the loading dock, please stop at the stop sign by the security office to receive direction as to where to park and/or unload/load.

Move In Times

Each event will have load-in and load-out dates and times that are established by the show’s promoter. Please refer to your exhibitor packet for your specific load-in time. Exhibitors are not permitted to load out earlier than the posted load-out time.

Loading/Unloading Time

In order to best manage traffic in the loading dock, exhibitors are given 15 minutes to load and unload materials. After this time period, vehicles are subject to towing. Once unloaded, exhibitors should relocate their vehicles to an area parking ramp.

Carts

Exhibitors are encouraged to bring their own carts for transferring freight. Saint Paul RiverCentre has a very limited supply of carts and they are available on a first come, first serve basis from our security office located near dock 1.
Freight Elevators
Our venues are equipped with 3 large freight elevators and 3 passenger elevators.
- Freight Elevator 3 Door Dimensions: 4’3” wide x 8’ tall
Elevator Dimensions: 5’4” wide x 8’ 8” deep x 9’ tall
Maximum Weight: 5,000 pounds - Freight Elevator 4 Doors: 4’3” wide x 8’ tall
Elevator Dimensions: 5’4” wide x 7’ deep x 9’ tall
Maximum Weight: 4,000 pounds - Freight Elevator 9 Doors: 9’9” wide x 10’ tall
Elevator Dimensions: 9’9” wide x 19’3” deep x 10’ tall
Maximum Weight: 20,000 pounds
Please note that items may fit inside this elevator, but may not be able to pass through doors beyond it. Please check with your event manager regarding oversized items.
