Ticket Information
The Roy Wilkins Auditorium Box Office is staffed based on the needs of each event. For concerts and Minnesota Roller Derby bouts, the Roy Wilkins Auditorium Box Office generally opens at 5 p.m. the day of the event.

When the Roy Wilkins Auditorium Box Office is closed, tickets for events at Roy Wilkins Auditorium may be purchased at the Grand Casino Arena Box Office during normal business hours.
The Grand Casino Arena Box Office is located in the main lobby at the southeast entrance of Grand Casino Arena (Gate 1). There are no SeatGeek convenience charges on tickets purchased at the Grand Casino Arena Box Office for events at Roy Wilkins Auditorium.

Many events at Roy Wilkins Auditorium offer pre-purchase ticket options. Individual tickets for Roy Wilkins Auditorium events on sale to the public may be purchased at the following locations:

Only credit card payment and Grand Casino Arena gift cards are accepted for box office transactions. Cash is not accepted.
*Select shows may not offer in-person sales. These exceptions will be indicated on individual event show pages.
Please note: Tickets are not available to purchase at the arena box office on the first day of the general public on sale for non-Wild events (i.e., concerts, family shows). During this time, tickets may be purchased online at SeatGeek.com. Any remaining tickets following the first day of the general public ticket sales will be available for purchase at the box office on the next business day the box office is open.

Gift cards are available for purchase online or in person at the Grand Casino Arena Box Office. Gift cards may be used to purchase tickets for Grand Casino Arena, Saint Paul RiverCentre and Roy Wilkins Auditorium events in person at the box office and concessions in Grand Casino Arena. Grand Casino Arena gift certificates are not accepted for concessions at Saint Paul RiverCentre or Roy Wilkins Auditorium.

The only authorized ticket sales agents for Grand Casino Arena and Roy Wilkins Auditorium events are the Grand Casino Arena Box Office, Roy Wilkins Auditorium Box Office, Grand Casino Arena Sales Department and SeatGeek. Tickets purchased from any other source may not be valid. Grand Casino Arena and Roy Wilkins Auditorium is not able to honor, replace or refund invalid tickets. If you purchase tickets from an unauthorized agent in the secondary market (scalper, ticket broker, eBay, Craigslist, StubHub, etc.), you risk purchasing counterfeit or invalid tickets.
The ONLY authorized ticket resale service for Roy Wilkins Auditorium and Grand Casino Arena event tickets is SeatGeek's Marketplace. The platform allows to buy, transfer, sell and manage tickets for live events.

Yes. To access tickets that have been transferred to SeatGeek, you'll need a SeatGeek account associated with the same email address used for your original ticket purchase.

What if my SeatGeek account uses a different email address?

We recommend using the same email address associated with your Ticketmaster account.

What if I don't see my tickets in SeatGeek?

Verify you're logged into SeatGeek using the same email address associated with your original ticket purchase.

What happens if I purchased tickets through a resale marketplace?

Tickets purchased through authorized resale channels remain valid. Follow the instructions provided regarding ticket transfer and account access.

How do I send tickets to another person using my SeatGeek account?

You can share access to your tickets with friends by starting a Party, or if your tickets are stored in your SeatGeek account, you can send them directly to another person using SeatGeek’s Transfer feature.
This feature moves tickets between SeatGeek accounts only. It does not apply to tickets delivered through third-party mobile transfer platforms (such as Ticketmaster, AXS, or league apps).

Once tickets are sent using the Transfer feature, they are removed from your account and added to the recipient’s SeatGeek account after they accept them.
When sending tickets, you may be asked for the recipient's phone number. This is supported in most countries but not all. Please refer to this article to see a list of countries for which SeatGeek is currently unable to support text messages.

Transferring Your SeatGeek Tickets
Sending tickets to friends and family on SeatGeek is easy! If your tickets are uploaded to your SeatGeek account, head to the Tickets section of your account and you should see an option to send your tickets.
Select Transfer, choose the number of tickets you want to send and the recipient for each set of tickets you are sending. Hit the Transfer option at the bottom and your tickets will be sent!
