The Saint Paul RiverCentre Box Office hours vary depending on the event. For most events, it opens about one hour before the event begins.

For specific information about each show or event, please visit our events calendar. 

If the Saint Paul RiverCentre Box Office is closed, you can ask about tickets at the Grand Casino Arena Box Office during regular business hours.

The Grand Casino Arena Box Office is located in the main lobby near the southeast entrance, also known as Gate 1. Tickets purchased there for Saint Paul RiverCentre events do not include SeatGeek convenience fees.

Closed Tuesday – Sunday.

Event Days: Open four hours prior to ticketed event time.

Advance Tickets

Many events at Saint Paul RiverCentre offer pre-purchase ticket options. Individual tickets for Saint Paul RiverCentre events on sale to the public may be purchased at the following locations:

  • In person at the Grand Casino Arena Box Office*
  • Online at SeatGeek.com
  • SeatGeek app for Apple and Android

Only credit card payment and Grand Casino Arena gift cards are accepted for box office transactions. Cash is not accepted.

*Select shows may not offer in-person sales. These exceptions will be indicated on individual event show pages.

Day of Event Tickets

Events at Saint Paul RiverCentre sell tickets on the day of their event at the Saint Paul RiverCentre Box Office.

Methods of Accepted Payment

  • Major credit or debit cards (American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover)
  • Mobile payment (Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.)
  • Grand Casino Arena gift cards

Cash, personal checks, company checks, traveler’s checks and SeatGeek gift cards are not accepted.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are available for purchase online or in person at the Grand Casino Arena Box Office. Gift cards may be used to purchase tickets for Grand Casino Arena, Saint Paul RiverCentre and Roy Wilkins Auditorium events in person at the box office and concessions in Grand Casino Arena. Grand Casino Arena gift certificates are not accepted for concessions at Saint Paul RiverCentre or Roy Wilkins Auditorium.

Order Grand Casino Arena gift cards online here and enter the promo code GIFT to purchase gift cards. Gift cards will be mailed. Please indicate mailing address when ordering.

Grand Casino Arena gift cards may not be used for Ticketmaster purchases. The Grand Casino Arena Box Office does not accept Ticketmaster gift cards for purchases.

Access Your Tickets Through SeatGeek

As part of our commitment to providing the best possible guest experience, SeatGeek is our new our official ticketing partner. 

This change is designed to make buying, accessing, managing and transferring tickets easier than ever. While the technology behind your tickets is changing, your tickets, seat locations, and event experience remain the same. 

To help make this transition as smooth as possible, we've listed answers to frequently asked questions below.

Do I need a SeatGeek account?

Yes. To access tickets that have been transferred to SeatGeek, you'll need a SeatGeek account associated with the same email address used for your original ticket purchase.

What if my SeatGeek account uses a different email address?

We recommend using the same email address associated with your Ticketmaster account. 

For assistance in updating your email, please reach out to SeatGeek's Fan Support at grandcasinoarena@seatgeek.com.

What if I don't see my tickets in SeatGeek?

Verify you're logged into SeatGeek using the same email address associated with your original ticket purchase. If you still cannot locate your tickets, contact the box office.

When will I receive my transferred tickets?

Ticket transfer timing may vary by event. We'll send an email when your tickets are available in SeatGeek.

What happens if I purchased tickets through a resale marketplace?

Tickets purchased through authorized resale channels remain valid. Follow the instructions provided regarding ticket transfer and account access.

How do I send tickets to another person using my SeatGeek account?

You can share access to your tickets with friends by starting a Party, or if your tickets are stored in your SeatGeek account, you can send them directly to another person using SeatGeek’s Transfer feature.

This feature moves tickets between SeatGeek accounts only. It does not apply to tickets delivered through third-party mobile transfer platforms (such as Ticketmaster, AXS, or league apps).

Once tickets are sent using the Transfer feature, they are removed from your account and added to the recipient’s SeatGeek account after they accept them.

When sending tickets, you may be asked for the recipient's phone number. This is supported in most countries but not all. Please refer to this article to see a list of countries for which SeatGeek is currently unable to support text messages.

Transferring Your SeatGeek Tickets

Sending tickets to friends and family on SeatGeek is easy! If your tickets are uploaded to your SeatGeek account, head to the Tickets section of your account and you should see an option to send your tickets.

Select Transfer, choose the number of tickets you want to send and the recipient for each set of tickets you are sending. Hit the Transfer option at the bottom and your tickets will be sent!
