Beginning April through November, the City of Saint Paul will complete a sidewalk expansion project along the westbound lanes of Kellogg Boulevard to improve pedestrian and bike access. This work will take place directly in front of Saint Paul RiverCentre and Grand Casino Arena.
The usual curb cut for drop-off/pick-up and RiverCentre doors along Kellogg Blvd will be closed. Pedestrian access to Grand Casino Arena's Gate 1 and Gate 2 and RiverCentre will be clearly marked for safety. The skyway over Kellogg Blvd will remain open during construction.
