Tickets are required for admission to the Senior Commencement Ceremony. Each graduating senior will receive 15 tickets for their guests.

Children under the age of 2 will be considered lap children and will not need a ticket.

Each ticket will have a unique scannable barcode and is valid for one entry only. Tickets will be scanned and collected at entry to prevent sharing.

Please note that there will be no additional tickets available this year. If a student does not need all 15 of their tickets, they may return the unused tickets to the school so they can be donated to other students who may need them.

Tickets may be returned to Mai Zer located outside of Ms. D’s office. Tickets will be distributed in late May.

To help ensure a safe and enjoyable graduation ceremony for all attendees, all graduates and guests will be required to pass through metal detectors upon entry. Bags will be inspected and all guests must follow venue security guidelines.

For safety reasons, guests will not be allowed to re-enter once they have exited the venue. Doors will close 30 minutes after the ceremony has begun, so please plan to arrive on time.

Security personnel and the Saint Paul Police Department will be present to assist with crowd management and help ensure a smooth and orderly event.

We appreciate everyone’s cooperation in helping us create a safe and memorable experience for our graduates.

The following items are not allowed inside the venue:

• Outside food and beverages
• Balloons
• Cans, bottles, coolers, or similar containers
• Confetti cannons or party poppers
• Noise makers, including air horns and cowbells
• Posters
• Fat heads on sticks
• Knives with blades over 4 inches
• Drones
• Metal water bottles
• Masks used as a form of disguise or concealment
• Signs, banners, flags, clothing, or other items with messaging that may compromise safety, disrupt the event, or detract from the guest experience
• Any other items deemed restricted by the event promoter or venue

Families and guests are encouraged to park in the RiverCentre Parking Ramp, located on Kellogg Boulevard. The ramp offers convenient skyway access to Roy Wilkins Auditorium. The RiverCentre Ramp now uses license plate reader technology, making it easier and faster to pay for parking. Street parking may also be available nearby.

Student Parking:
Students may use the parking code provided on their HCPA parking pass to receive free parking. Each parking pass may only be used once per student. To use the parking pass, scan the QR code located inside the parking ramp and enter the parking code when prompted.
