FlightSimExpo June 12-14, 2026
The seventh annual FlightSimExpo is coming to Saint Paul RiverCentre on June 12-14, 2026, for the first time. This event is a gaming and flight simulation convention that celebrates the role simulation games play in training, aviation proficiency, and fun.
FlightSimExpo is open to the public, and no prior experience is necessary. While the focus is on flight simulation, attendees will also find railroad simulators, driving and racing simulators, virtual reality games, and other simulation experiences.
Tickets can be purchased online or at the door, starting at just $40 per person. Admission includes access to hands-on exhibits, how-to seminars, workshops, and tours for everyone from experienced gamers and pilots to those new to simulation. Attendees will see the latest software available for desktop, mobile, and console platforms, while getting to try a wide variety of hardware and peripherals, motion platforms, virtual reality, home flight sim components, and more.
“We are so excited to bring FlightSimExpo to Minnesota for the first time,” said Evan Reiter, a show organizer and airline pilot who also uses home flight simulators. “This is a show for anyone interested in simulation gaming. Whether you love airplanes, trains, or cars, you’ll find plenty to do at this event. From the wonderful access to nature to the welcoming, international feel of Saint Paul, we can’t wait to see what everyone thinks of our show this June.”
The event is attended by students, aviation enthusiasts, gamers, flight simmers, and pilots. Since no experience is required, FlightSimExpo is also great for kids and families. Whether there’s a future pilot in the family or if you’re looking to turn your child’s screen time into something educational, FlightSimExpo is a great way to introduce flight and simulation gaming into your home.
More than 60 flight simulation and aviation companies are exhibiting at the show, and attendees will see some of the biggest names in flight simulation like Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024, Digital Combat Simulator, X-Plane 12, Combat Pilot, GeoFS, and more. Speakers include pilots, flight instructors, and simulator experts who will give talks designed to help those new to the hobby find their wings. There’s even a free tour of the show floor that will point out the best resources to get started. Visit flightsimexpo.com for the event schedule.
FlightSimExpo is produced by Flight Simulation Association, a free-to-join association of flight simulator pilots and community developers. For more details on how at-home flight simulation enhances aviation training, visit flightsimassociation.com/start.
