Parking: Attendees are encouraged to park in the RiverCentre Parking Ramp which is located on Kellogg Boulevard and offers skyway access to Saint Paul RiverCentre. The ramp is now equipped with license plate reader technology, making paying for parking more convenient and efficient. Here’s how the new process works.
Construction Alert: Westbound Kellogg Blvd. lanes between Wabasha St. and Washington St. as well as Market St. from 4th St. to Kellogg Blvd. will be closed from January 13-20.
