MIPSYCON 2026 brings power industry professionals together November 10–12 at Saint Paul RiverCentre for three days of technical education, networking, and industry insight. With more than 60 years of history, the conference features practical sessions covering power systems, generation, engineering, operations, relaying, technology, and system planning, connecting professionals and organizations working to advance the electric power industry.
The Midwest Power Systems Conference (MIPSYCON) is an annual conference serving electric utility professionals throughout the Midwest. In 2026, the conference officially transitioned from its longtime name, the Minnesota Power Systems Conference, while retaining its history, planning committee, and technical focus.

Parking

Attendees are encouraged to park in the RiverCentre Parking Ramp which is located on Kellogg Boulevard and offers skyway access to Saint Paul RiverCentre. The ramp is now equipped with license plate reader technology, making paying for parking more convenient and efficient.
