Medtronic Twin Cities Marathon Health & Fitness Expo Returns to Saint Paul RiverCentre Oct. 7-8

The Medtronic Twin Cities Marathon Health & Fitness Expo, one of the many events hosted in conjunction with the 35th anniversary Medtronic Twin Cities Marathon Weekend, returns to Saint Paul RiverCentre on Friday-Saturday, Oct. 7-8. The expo is free and open to the public.

More than 42,000 running enthusiasts are expected to attend the expo, which will feature 120 vendors including hands-on health and fitness exhibits, great deals on running and fitness gear, free samples and massages, and information on equipment, nutrition and other running events. Medtronic Twin Cities Marathon merchandise will be available for sale including posters, apparel, and gifts at a new merchandise space shared with Brooks Running.

Attendees can enjoy free seminars by a host of celebrated running experts and enthusiasts including Olympic Silver Medalist figure skater Paul Wylie, Mayo Clinic Sports Medicine health & training experts, Another Mother Runner's Sarah Bowen Shea & Dimity McDowell, and many more.

Attendees who are signed up for a Medtronic Twin Cities Marathon Weekend event can pick up their race number and packet any time during the expo. In-person registration for the Medtronic TC Family Events, TC 10K, presented by SmartyPants Vitamins, and TC 5K, presented by Fredrikson & Byron, will take place on Friday, Oct. 7. Tickets are also on sale now for the annual pre-race pasta party to be held from 4-7:30 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 8 at Saint Paul RiverCentre.

It takes more than 5,000 volunteers to welcome the thousands of athletes from around the world for the Medtronic Twin Cities Marathon weekend of events, including the Health & Fitness Expo. Volunteers are still needed and can apply online by visiting tcmevents.org/volunteering.
