Medtronic Twin Cities Marathon Health & Fitness Expo Returns to Saint Paul RiverCentre Oct. 4-5
The Medtronic Twin Cities Marathon Health & Fitness Expo, one of the events held in conjunction with the 38th annual Medtronic Twin Cities Marathon Weekend, returns to Saint Paul RiverCentre on Friday - Saturday, Oct. 4 - 5. The expo is free and open to the public.
More than 42,000 running enthusiasts are expected to attend the expo, which will feature a new participant-friendly layout, more than 70 vendors including hands-on health and fitness exhibits, great deals on running and fitness gear, free samples and massages, and information on equipment, nutrition and other running events. Official Medtronic Twin Cities Marathon merchandise will be available for sale including posters, apparel, and gifts at a merchandise space shared with Brooks Running.
Attendees can enjoy free seminars at the Expo Stage presented by Star Tribune, featuring celebrated running experts and enthusiasts, including Another Mother Runner co-authors Sarah Bowen Shea & Dimity McDowell and presentations featuring Nicole Venzke Peterson the author of Follow Me, I Don't Know Where I'm Going.
Attendees who are signed up for a Medtronic Twin Cities Marathon Weekend event can pick up their race numbers at any time during the expo. In-person registration for the Medtronic TC Family Events, TC 10K, and TC 5K, presented by Fredrikson & Byron P.A., will take place on Friday, Oct. 4.
Expo visitors should keep in mind there will be a concert at Xcel Energy Center on Saturday evening, Oct. 5. Event parking rates and increased traffic congestion in the area are expected to begin starting at 3 p.m.
It takes more than 4,000 volunteers to welcome the thousands of athletes from around the world for Medtronic Twin Cities Marathon Weekend, including the Health & Fitness Expo. Volunteers are still needed and can apply online by visiting
