Let's Play Hockey Expo Returns to Saint Paul RiverCentre March 6-7

The 26th Annual Let's Play Hockey Expo, the world's largest consumer hockey trade show, and the Let's Play Baseball/Softball Expo return to Saint Paul on Friday - Saturday, March 6-7. New this year is the addition of the 2015 US Quad Rugby Association's (USQRA) Heartland Sectional in Roy Wilkins Auditorium. The expos and tournament are free and open to the public and are held during the Minnesota State High School League Boys' Hockey Tournament which runs from March 4-7 next door at Xcel Energy Center.

The Let's Play Hockey Expo offers a sneak peek at the hottest hockey equipment and merchandise, hockey schools and camps, training devices and retail sales. Hockey enthusiasts can check out gear from over 200 exhibitors showcasing the top hockey manufacturers including Bauer, STX, Easton and CCM. The sports cards and collectibles, cutting-edge product demonstrations, giveaways, hourly door prize drawings and celebrity appearances make the expo one of the can't-miss hockey events of the season. A hockey memorabilia and sports card show will take place in the Kellogg Lobby.

Attendees can also check out the latest in baseball and softball gear at the Let's Play Baseball/Softball Expo in Roy Wilkins Exhibition Hall, plus try out products in the batting cages. The Minnesota Twins, along with alumni players, will be putting on instructional clinics for young baseball and softball players. The expo will also have a built-in wiffle ball field, and the Minnesota Twins will be giving away a limited number of wiffle ball and bat sets.

Courage Kenny Rehabilitation Institute, part of Allina Health, is proud to host the 2015 US Quad Rugby Association's (USQRA) Heartland Sectional at Roy Wilkins Auditorium. Quad (wheelchair) rugby is a simple, contact sport with complex strategies for playing both offense and defense. It is played with a volleyball on a basketball-size court. Six teams from the Heartland region, including the Minnesota Steelheads, will be participating in the sectionals.
The expos and tournament at Saint Paul RiverCentre, Roy Wilkins Exhibition Hall and Roy Wilkins Auditorium are connected to Xcel Energy Center making it easy and convenient for fans to access the shows. Last year's Let's Play Hockey Expo was attended by more than 40,000 hockey enthusiasts. The events are presented by Let's Play Hockey and the Minnesota Wild.
