COVID-19 Exhibitor Services Info

CURRENT EVENT STATUS, DUE TO COVID-19:

The status of your event may be impacted by COVID-19.  We encourage you to contact your event organizer to confirm the most up-to-date information on the status of your event.

 

COVID-19 EVENT CANCELLATIONS:

As we are notified by event organizers of the rescheduling or cancelling of their event, we will automatically refund your order without penalty.  There is no additional action on your part to initiate the refund.  Please keep in mind that this may take a couple of days for the refund to post, based on the processing time of your financial institution.

 

COVID-19 EVENT RESCHEDULING:

Your event organizer and our sales teams are working hard to reschedule events.  To better support you and your organization, if your event is rescheduled, we will still issue you a refund on your original order.  This refund will post back to your original form of payment.  There is no additional action on your part to initiate the refund.  Please keep in mind that this may take a couple of days for the refund to post, based on the processing time of your financial institution.
