Wildside Caterers is a joint venture between Morrissey Hospitality Companies and Minnesota Sports and Entertainment, created to operate premium food services in venues and locations mutually agreed upon; beginning with the new Xcel Energy Center in St. Paul Minnesota, home to the NHL's Minnesota Wild.
