Located in the RiverCentre concourse, Headwaters Cafe offers a fresh-from-scratch approach in a warm and relaxing environment, featuring the same quality experience our customers have come to expect from the Headwaters brand.

The menu offers a number of specialty items including: breakfast sandwiches, fresh-baked pastries, lattes, mochas and coffees, signature soups and salads, hot and cold sandwiches, paninis, wraps, pizza, and build you own pasta. Guests also enjoy the convenience of a cafe in a wonderful setting, which includes wireless internet access and comfortable seating.

Headwaters Bar & Restaurant  BUFFET MENU CONCEPT 

Conveniently located on the Treasure Island Resort and Casino Club Level of the Xcel Energy Center, near section C4 and only steps from your seat – Headwaters provides an exciting, yet upscale environment for dining with friends or entertaining clients before, during and after events. The buffet menu concept includes a center table with breads and cheeses, a salad station, a hot station, a saute station, a carving station and rotisserie and a dessert cart.

Headwaters Express Carvery    MENU

Located near Section C7 – menu selections include hand carved turkey and smoked sirloin sandwiches: rice crispy treats, jumbo cookies, beer, soft drinks and bottled water. The Carvery opens one hour prior to each event and closes at the 10-minute mark of the 3rd period on game nights or as business warrants for all other events.

Headwaters Bistro    MENU

Located in the 5th street lounge – menu selections include items such as; salads, chicken wild rice soup, tenderloin chili, a variety of freshly made bistro style hot and cold sandwiches, rice crispy treats, jumbo cookies, beer, wine, soft drinks and bottled water. The Bistro now offers both walk-up and sit-down dinner options. The Bistro opens one hour prior to each event and closes at the 10-minute mark of the 3rd period on game nights or as business warrants for all other events.

Headwaters Dessert Cart    MENU

Located near Section C4 – menu selections include an elaborate assortment of freshly baked cakes, mixed berry shortcake, cheesecake, chocolate covered strawberries and marshmallows, warm apple crisp and cookie pudding; as well as a wonderful selection of cordials. The Dessert Cart opens approximately 15 minutes into the first period as Headwaters dinner buffet ends and closes at the 10-minute mark of the 3rd period on game nights or as business warrants for all other events.
