Event Organizer Return to Events Guide
To assist event organizers in advance of holding their event, Saint Paul RiverCentre has created an Event Organizer Return to Events Guide. This guide is not created as an official plan or list of requirements, but instead was developed to serve as a guide for what the future may hold and help event organizers to think through logistical changes that may be needed for their future events.
As state health department and CDC guidance related the COVID-19 pandemic evolves and adjusts, we’re seeing a loosening of restrictions and precautions across many areas of our communities and businesses. We understand that venues such as ours will not be included in the early phases of reopening plans. While we await the opportunity to welcome you back, we’re working hard to ensure that enhanced health and safety measures are in place so that you can enjoy the events you love with confidence and peace of mind.
The safety of our guests and our staff is of utmost importance. The Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) is the state’s leading authority on preparedness and information dissemination. Saint Paul RiverCentre continues to follow the requirements and guidelines issued by MDH and Governor Walz.
At this time, events are restricted at Saint Paul RiverCentre. We will continue to seek guidance from the MDH and Governor Walz on changes to this policy or on the end date of these restrictions.
